We are happy to help if you have questions about using our plugins, setting them up, or fixing plugin-related issues.
The best way to contact support depends on whether you are using the free version or the paid version of the plugin.
Support for free plugin versions
If you are using a free version of one of our plugins, please use the official WordPress.org support forum for that specific plugin.
You can find the support forum on the plugin page inside the WordPress.org plugin directory.
This helps keep free plugin questions in one public place, where other users can also find the answers later.
Support for paid plugin versions
If you have an active paid license, you can contact us directly via email through our contact page.
We usually reply as quickly as possible, and our maximum first response time is within 24 hours on regular business days.
When sending a support request, please include as much useful information as possible, such as:
- The plugin name.
- Your license key or purchase email.
- Your website URL.
- A clear description of the question or issue.
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the problem.
The more details you provide, the faster we can understand the issue and help you.
What support is included?
Support for paid plugin users includes help with plugin-related questions and issues, such as:
- Installation and activation questions.
- License activation issues.
- Plugin settings and usage questions.
- Help with troubleshooting plugin bugs or conflicts.
- Guidance when something does not work as expected.
What support is not included?
Support does not include custom development work or full website setup services.
For example, support does not include:
- Writing custom PHP, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS code.
- Building custom features for your website.
- Configuring your full WooCommerce store or WordPress website.
- Fixing issues caused by custom code or unrelated third-party plugins.
Some of these requests may be possible as a separate paid customization service. You can read more in the plugin customization services section below.
Plugin customization services
If you need something beyond standard plugin support, we may be able to help with plugin customization as a separate paid service.
Customization work includes requests that go beyond normal support cases, such as bug fixes, help with standard plugin features, license questions, or troubleshooting existing functionality.
Examples of customization work may include:
- Creating custom behavior for your specific website.
- Writing custom PHP, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS code.
- Changing how the plugin works for your particular use case.
- Adding functionality that is not currently available in the plugin settings.
If you are interested in this service, please contact us through the contact page and describe what you need. We will then get in touch with more details, including availability and pricing.
What if my paid license has expired?
Support is available only while your paid plugin license is active.
If your subscription has expired, you will still be able to use the plugin version already installed on your site, but you will not be able to request support or receive new plugin updates until the license is renewed.
You can read more here: What happens if my license expires?
Support hours
Support is handled during regular business days.
We are based in Europe, so replies are usually sent during European working hours. Depending on your timezone, this may mean that there is a delay between your message and our reply.
Some technical issues may take longer to investigate, especially if we need to reproduce the problem, check compatibility with another plugin, or review specific site details.
Weekends and public holidays
Support is limited during weekends and public holidays.
If you send a support request during this time, we may not be able to reply until the next business day.
Do you offer phone or video support?
No, we do not offer phone or video support.
Most plugin-related questions and technical issues are easier to investigate in writing, because it gives us time to check details, review screenshots, reproduce the issue, and provide clear step-by-step instructions when needed.
