After purchasing a paid plugin, you need to activate your license key for each website where you want to use the premium version of the plugin. License activation is done directly from your WordPress dashboard.
License keys can be activated, deactivated, and upgraded at any time.
What is a license key used for?
Your license key connects your website with your plugin purchase.
An active license gives you access to:
- PRO plugin features.
- Automatic plugin updates from your WordPress dashboard.
- Support while your license is active.
Where to get my license key?
After purchase, you will receive an email with your license key and a link to download the plugin files.
You can also find your license key inside the customer portal. There you can view your license details and see all domain activations connected to that license.
How do I activate my license key?
You can activate your license key from your WordPress dashboard on the plugin settings page.
You need to activate the license key on each live website where you want to use the premium plugin version.

Annual and lifetime licenses
Depending on the plugin and the plan you choose, you may be able to purchase either an annual license or a lifetime license.
An annual license gives you access to plugin updates and support while the license is active. It renews yearly unless automatic renewal is disabled or the subscription is canceled.
A lifetime license is a one-time purchase that gives you plugin updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
How many sites can I use my license on?
The number of websites you can activate the plugin on depends on the license plan you purchased.
For example, a 1-site license can be used on one live website, while a multi-site license can be used on several live websites depending on the plan limit.
Each live website where you use the premium plugin version requires one license activation.
If you are using WordPress multisite, you need to activate your license key on each site in the multisite network where you want to use the premium plugin version. Each such activation counts as one site activation.
Can I use my license on a test or development site?
Yes. Test, staging, and local development sites usually do not count toward your live site activation limit.
However, you still need to activate your license key on these sites if you want to use the premium version of the plugin and receive updates there.

Can I move my license to another website?
Yes, you can move your license key to another website as long as your license is active and you stay within your license activation limit.
To do this, deactivate the license on the old website first, then activate it on the new website.

What happens if my license expires?
If your license expires, you can still continue using the plugin version already installed on your website.
However, you will no longer receive new plugin updates or access to support while the license is expired.

If your license key is not activating, please check that the key was copied correctly and that your license is still active.
