Yes. You can disable your plan’s automatic renewal at any time from your customer account.
Disabling automatic renewal only stops future renewal payments. It does not disable the plugin and does not remove the plugin from your website.
How to disable automatic renewal
To disable automatic renewal for your subscription:
- Go to your customer account.
- Open the Payments tab.

- Find the Subscriptions section.
- Locate your active subscription.
- Click the Deactivate button next to it.

- Follow the instructions to confirm the subscription deactivation.
I do not see the Deactivate button
If you see an active subscription in your account, but there is no Deactivate button next to it, it usually means one of the following:
- Automatic renewal is already disabled for this subscription.
- You have a lifetime license, which does not renew automatically.

What happens after I disable automatic renewal?
After you turn off automatic renewal, your license remains active until the end of your current billing year.
During this period, you can still fully use the plugin with all its premium features, including:
- Plugin updates
- Support
- All premium plugin features
Near the end of your subscription period, you will receive an email reminder with the option to renew your license manually if you want to continue receiving updates and support.
If you do not renew manually, the plugin will continue to work on your website, but your license will become expired. This means that new plugin updates and support will no longer be available until you renew your license again.

Will this refund my last payment?
No. Disabling automatic renewal only prevents future payments. It does not automatically refund your last payment.
