This article highlights some important updates for Advanced Woo Labels PRO starting from version 2.34.
What has changed
The changes are related to PRO plugin features and license activation. Starting from version 2.34, PRO plugin features are available only with an active license key. Without an active license, all PRO features will be disabled. The plugin will still work, but its functionality will be similar to the free version.
This change was introduced to prevent unfair use of the plugin - when a user purchases a 1-site license and then installs it on multiple sites, manually uploading new releases to each of them.
If you manage multiple websites and want to use Advanced Woo Labels on each of them, please consider purchasing a 5-site or 25-site license plan. Each plan offers a significant discount compared to the 1-site license and guarantees access to the latest plugin versions, including all security fixes, bug fixes, and new features. You will also always receive full customer support.
How this affects you
For almost all current users, this change will not affect you in any way. If you are able to update to the latest plugin version, it means your license key is already active, and all PRO features will continue to work as expected.
The only possible issue may affect multisite users who have not activated their license key on all sites within the network. In this case, please activate your license key on every site where you want to use Advanced Woo Labels. Each activation counts as a separate site activation, so make sure your current license plan covers the required number of sites.
How to activate your license key
If you have not activated your license key yet, here is a quick reminder on how to do it.
1 Install and activate the Advanced Woo Labels PRO plugin. The download link can be found in the email you receive after purchase. The same email also contains your license key. All this information is additionally available in the customer portal.
2 Go to the plugin settings page and open the License tab. There you will find the license key field. Paste your license key and click the Activate License button.
3 After successful license activation, you will start receiving plugin updates like any other standard WordPress plugin. All PRO features will also be enabled.
